Drinking water during confinement

I heard that we can only drink red date tea during confinement and not to drink a single sip of water. Is it true? Whats the rationale ?

Warm water is fine, in fact drinking more water can help with milk supply. It’s said that drinking water can cause water retention but it’s not true. I drank almost 3-4L min per day because I’m bf and I didn’t have any water retention. I still take red dates tea during meals.

Avent steriliser and dryer or uv steriliser?

Definitely Haenim for me. Tried Avent but I feel that it’s not entirely dried whereas Haenim, 30 mins dried and sterilised.
