What to eat to produce milk

Hi mommies! Tanong ko lang po ano po yung pwedeng kainin para magka gatas agad? Second pregnancy ko na po and sa first ko after one week pa before ako naka start mag breastfeed. Hopefully this time ma.breastfeed ko agad si baby. Thank you in advance sa answers/suggestions. 😊

Home Remedy for Flu / Runny Nose

Hi Mommies! Ask ko lang po kung ano ang home remedy for flu? I'm 4months preggy now, kaka.start lang mag runny nose kahapon and as early as possible ma.prevent na agad kasi nga baka maapektuhan si baby.. Will appreciate much po sa inyong mga sagot. Thank you!
