20 weeks cramping and back pain

Hello po.. normal po ba na magcramping po 20 weeks pregnant minsan Kasi nagwowork Ako pag Gabi kaya 9pm na Ako makakakain ... Ito ba cause nitong cramping lower left and right belly Iwan ko nalilito Ako lahaat puro mild na masakit also my back is killing me.. normal po ba to ... First time being pregnant.

White discharge, Is it normal?

I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and ever since I was pregnant , sometimes I have experience having excessive white discharge. I have already consulted it to my doctor when I was still 6 weeks pregnant and said it's normal however now it is still quite a lot and thick.. though it's not yellow or red , It's a bit white and not smelly ... Is it normal?
