at 16 weeks now, anyone else experiencing hot flushes??

Recently have been noticing I feel very hot even in aircon rooms! I feel so warm that I start sweating, even in the office where I am usually cold enough to wear a jacket! Anyone else experiencing this?

Sumo Salad, safe to eat?

Hi mums and mums to be, is it safe to eat sumo salad? Have any of you eaten it while you were pregnant? I asked them and they did tell me they wash their veges but wanted to know from others' experiences! Thanks!
