Good Pm. Ask ko lng kasi naguguluhan ako. Ang nakalagay kasi na resita ng doctor kasi para s vitamins is, " Folic acid + Zinc hemerate FA.. Pero ung binibigay sakin pag bumili ako "iron + folic acid din vitamin b complex. Mga momsh nagkakamali bako ng iniinom? Worried lng. Pasagot nmn pls... Sa may mga alm. Kasi pag ni reasearch ko sya wala nmng zinc sa hemerate fa!

i think two supplements sya 1. folic acid with zinc 2. hemarate FA (this is vit b) hope this helps
