Hi mommy. For high blood pressure, may specific lang po na gamot ang pwede for pregnant (Methyldopa po ang pwede sa buntis). Pero much better if you ask your OB po kasi baka meron pa syang titingnang ibang factors for the high blood pressure that may or may not require taking medicine. As for the pineapple juice po, wait na lang po tayo until 37th week kasi sa ika-37th week pa po ang full term. 36 weeks is still preterm po and ayaw po nating mag labor tayo ng preterm :)

Pwede nyo po irequest na magpapalagay kayo. Ang advantage ng iud, no need na mag inom everyday pero according sa friend ko na may iud, sumasakit daw pag nagkakaroon siya. At dapat every 6mos pinapacheck.
