Paninigas ng tiyan

Hello po! FTM here. Tanong ko lang if normal po ba yung paninigas ng tiyan at 28 weeks? Di naman po masakit pag pinipress

    masasabi na naninigas ang tiyan or contractions kapag nanigas ang tiyan for ilang seconds then magrerelax. ito ay mejo uncomfortable. kapag nagbago ng position at nawala or hindi umulit, its braxton hicks. ang contractions ang nagpupush sa baby para lumabas. active labor kapag persistent ito. pero kung matigas lang ang tiyan pero hindi contractions, maaaring sa position lang ni baby.
