Hi mommieeees. Confuse here, 12 weeks na po kasi akong preggy pero maliit lang yung tiyan ko tapos hindi masyado matigas. Normal lang po ba yun? First time mommy here

what if you skip eating lunch in your 9th weeks, what will happen to your baby?

it is recommended to have 3 meals and 2 snacks per day for pregnant women. Pleasd avoid skipping meals because remember that baby gets his/her food source from you. You not eating means baby will lack the nutrients thay he/she needs and maiggt impede baby's growth
