Ano po pwede gawin hindi po ako maka Poop 3 days na po. Last poop ko ay color black ang stool. Dahil daw yon sa iron take ko. Any advice po please. Naninigas na po tyan ko. Kailangan ko na maka poop. Heheh thanks mga mommy

Ubo at Sipon

I am 12 weeks pregnant po and nagkaroon ako ng Ubo at sipon. Ano pa ma aadvice ninyo mga mi? Kasi nahihirapan ako makatulog. Pag nakahiga kasi hindi na ako maka hinga.
