Hemorrhoids and constipation

Normal lang ba magka hemorrhoids? Wala akong ganto noong di pa ako buntis pero ngayong 6mos pregnant ako madalas hirap na magpoop at naconfirm na nagkakaron na ako neto :c Mawawala rin po ba to? At di ba to lalala pag nanganak na? Hirap, nakakatakot.
