More breastmilk than formula

Hello po mommies! Mix feed po LO ko and i want po na more breastmilk kesa sa formula. Ask ko lang po paano dumami ang milk ko? Palagi kasi siyang nakukulangan sa milk ko. Thanks po sa sasagot. #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstbaby #FTM

kain kapo ng masabaw and take malunggay para dumami gatas, also, i unli latch nyo po si lo para mas makaproduce kayo ng milk. iwas din sa stress kasi nakakahina un ng supply.
