VCO for Constipation

Sino po dto ang gumagamit ng vco for their childs constipation? Or 100% mct na oil? Btw recommended po ng pedia nya yan, kso naubusan ako ng vco, i only have 100% mct on hand kso im not sure kung ok sya..

My pedia never recommended any of those. Except for erceflora probiotic and fiber. . She is a toddler pa. I give her plenty of saloyot very effective and natural

Ask your pedia if may ibang options sya sa recommendations kasi mahirap hanapin.

I dont use hot water preparing my baby's milk, is it ok or not? i use absolute distilled btw..thanks
