Gamot sa lagnat

Mga mamsh ask kolang po kung pwede koba isabay yung iniinom ko gamot sa gabi (calcium,myoga) sa paracetamol? Nilalagnat kasi ako saka masakit ulo. Maraming salamat mga mamsh sa sasagot.
