Mga mommies, ngayon lang po lumabas yun manas ko after ko manganak via ECS. buong binti ata paa ko manas na manas. anyone here na nakaexperience anong magandang gawin po?

ganyan ako nung second baby. mawawala rin yan. basta drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins, and try not to stay on your feet for too long. rest lang. puwede ka rin gumamit ng cold compress sa mga swollen feet and hands
