UTI during pregnancy

Hi mom's and mom's to be out there..im on my 14weeks of pregnancy and Im experiencing this low back and abdominal pain which i know is normal by this stage but then i decided to check my urine with the result of pus cells 40-50 and bacteria +2 im devastated with the result because im asymptomatic i dont have this pain during urination except this back pain experience..can someone advice me on what to do..Is drinking cranberry juice safe for pregnant...Thank you in advance?

Check with your gynae if you need medicine. Cranberry juice is safe to drink but it doesn’t treat UTIs
