How to gain weight after giving birth

Not pregnant. How to gain weight po.. sobrang payat ko na po kasi after giving birth sa LO ko.. breastfeeding po sya.. suggest po kayo na pwedeng food supplement na pwede sa lactating mom.. thanks

Marami ka po kasing na buburn na calories while breastfeeding I suggest you increase your calorie & protein intake po then eat healthy fat foods..the more na nag bebreastfeed po tayo dapat palagi po tayong kumakain.. Aim for 5-6 meals a day.. Drink plenty of water

normal po ba sa pregnant ang dumadami ang pimples?

May mga remedies po ba para sa buntis pampatanggal ng mga acnes and pimples?

Normal daw po yan and Same po tayo lalo na po nung first trimester ko pero nagtiis na lang dahil sa takot ko makaapekto kay baby. 5 months preggy na po ako ngayon po nawala na ang acne ko.
