Macam mana nak latih baby tidur awal? 4bulan dah dia tapi masih tidur lambat. Siang banyak main, masih sama 😅

    Ajak masuk bilik kol 9. Pastu tutup lampu. Biasa baby da tau kalau kita bawak masuk bilik mesti nak suruh die tido. Waktu siang jangan bagi die masuk bilik. Masuk bilik hanya utk tido je
