Right now my elders baby is crying refusing to sleep on the bed, instead he prefer I back him this night, dropping him down is like a war, what should I do.

Had a twins boys, and my breast is not that rushing, what can I eat to make it rush more

For me i drank alot of water. Latch every feed, pump after every feed. Eat fish, drink papaya soup. I had twins gals.. And after feeding them, i can still pump 2 litres a day.. Its consistency, supply n demand. U try first.. But if dun have so much don't stress, can mix with formula. :)
