From what age can I introduce a pillow to my baby?

I read in some Japanese sites that a child can use pillow from 10-12 years old. While in western sites, they said that it is okay to use from 3 and a half years old. Does anyone know which one is right?

What to do with photo frames after welcoming new baby?

I have a 3year old baby and last July, we welcome our new baby making us now a family of four. I am wondering of how I should organize our family pictures in photo frames that are in our house. Should I replace our old family pictures (when we were just three) to new ones? Will my 3year old baby notice that we replace it and will she get hurt or jealous(I priorly do not want her to feel unloved or hurt) Or should I just keep the old family pictures and just increase the photos frames and put our new family pictures(photos of the four of us) in them?

Can I use whitening lotion for my 3 years old baby?

My baby got sunburn ever since she was 1 year old, when we went to the sea and played for the whole day during summer. Also, every year, we go to the sea and pools that made her skin burned. It won't get well even in winter, leaving freckles in some spots in her hands. I want to use whitening lotion to try whether it may be better. Please give me any advice😊 Thank you!! :)

Prurigo of Pregnancy

I think I got Prurigo of Pregnancy since two nights before. My hands, back, forehead, ears, neck, feet, belly, almost everywhere are so so itchy. It is my first time having this and I cannot think of any reason why since I have been trying to be careful with my diet. But well, it is summer right now, so also thinking that it might be because of sweat and hotness. I have been doing my best to stop the itchiness, but it is not working. Would you please give me some advice to lessen the itchiness? Gonna see my doctor tomorrow, but your experiences and knowledge will also be so helpful!!! Thank you sooo much!!
