baby has mucus stool

My babe now is in 4th month, he often has mucus stool, sometimes it also has green colour. I'm a bit worry. I'm not sure what's his prolem. But he eats well, sleep well and still increase weights normally.

Well so does my 7 months old baby he has it since 2 months till now. Doctor say due to his milk and now what he eats. Have u sent him to any gp ? If you are worried, do sent him for a check.
