Tulang belakang rasa lemah

Apabila melakukan aktiviti seharian. Badan terasa tak bermaya.. Tulang blkg dkit. Knpa?

    Mungkin kurang kalsium. Saya sakit pinggang, lepas bertungku, saya minum susu 2 kali setiap hari, lega banyak. Untuk letih lesu boleh ambil vitamin B Complex. Ini pengalaman saya la. Tp elok sis tanya doktor.
