Sleeping position

Hello po. I'm on my 22nd week now. My OB advised me to sleep on my left side. Yun din ang sabi sa mga nababasa kong articles dito sa TAP. Pero madalas hindi ako makatulog kapag naka-tagilid ako sa left. Mas comfortable at mas nakakatulog ako sa supine position or kapag nakatigilid sa right side. Okay lang po ba yun? Safe po ba yun for us? Thank you.

As much as possible sis balik ka po sa left side. Khit nakakangalay po tlg left side po tlg dpat tau.

No OB check up during ECQ

Is it okay to not be able to visit my OB for check-up during the ECQ? We're on our 16th week AOG.

My OB advised to delay the checkup since she's not comfortable with her patients leaving the house during ECQ. Better contact your OB to be sure
