Hello po mga mommies! ano pong brand ng iron supplement ang less acidic and affordable at the same time? I'm currently 20wks and taking ObMin plus pero sabi ng OB ko, mag add daw ako ng iron supplement. Thanks in advance sa answers nyo!

Paano nyo po napipigilan ang cravings? sakin kasi, balik work as OFW na si hubby. umiiwas na nga akong mag Fb kasi natatakam akong kumain. nasa malayo kaming barrio. hindi accessible ang public transpo.
