Bedrest under sub

Anybody asked for bedrest under subsidies route, due to pelvic pain (cant walk too much and difficulties standing up after lie down or sitting down)?

Hi mummies. Do you guys knw if i can send my tula woven carrier and wrap to any laundry shop fr them to wash? Or i can just send to those shop like pramwash?
