Random itch but no rash

Hello mummies, have anyone experienced random itch on your body but when you look at it, it’s not rash or bites. I have been having this for a week and I find it really uncomfortable. The feeling just suddenly come and I have to scratch it but there’s actually nothing there...

Difficulties breathing

I’m 23weeks pregnant, work as an office admin so I sit a lot. Have been feeling really uncomfortable and hard to breath recently after lunch. Was wondering if it’s due to eating too much or sitting too long? I didn’t eat very full though. Any way to help reduce discomfort? Thank you

Hiking

21 weeks pregnant, just wondering if I’m able to go hiking at tree top walk? Just normal walking and exercising should be fine right?
