Kinohimitsu collagen drink

Is it safe to continue with my supplement of Kinohimitsu Collagen drink? I have been taking this on alternate days before pregnancy and was wondering if it’s safe to continue to do so? My gynae said it will be at own risk as there’s no studies showing that it’s safe or unsafe to drink this during pregnancy.

Safe to do gelish manicure?

Hi all, I’m in my early second trimester now... n was wondering if it’s safe to go for gelish manicure? I understand it’s safe to go for those normal manicure but what abt gelish type? Also is it safe to dye our hair during pregnancy?
