Gestational Diabete Mellitus (GDM)

Hello mga mommy! May question po ako especially sa mga mommy na may Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM). Meron po ba dto naka strict diet pero minsan talaga sa 4x na sugar monitoring may isang nag sspike ang sugar? Or pinag insulin agad kayo? Pansin ko kasi pag after meal hndi ako nakakapag lakad or stretch nag sspike sugar ko though not all the time naman. Thank you po sa sasagot!
