need help

This is my first time pregnant right now this is hard. I have high blood pressure so I'm at the doctor office every week. I work a 8hour job and my feet just swell to walk across the parking deck to get to work I'm out of breath when I walk far. I'm only 3 months. if my doctor put me out of work because of my feet swelling I have no income. So is there anyone that can help out with rent and all the rest of the bills
