I am 14 weeks pregnant and feel full every time. I can only eat small amounts. Why?

Is normal u feel more appetite when closer to birth.

Is the symptoms different depending on the gender of the baby. Because i was very bad morning sickness (couldn't eat) with my girl child and with my current pregnancy no morning sickness and big appitite.
