How to Guide Kids to Speak???

Hello , May I know how can guide my 20months years old son to speak, he understands what I'm talking (since he response to my instructions) but he just don't want to speak... We had tried guide him through daily items , games and even met therapist but what told by therapist is about what we have done as well #pleasehelp
