Ano ang bawal kainin sa nagpapabreastfeed.

Hi po! Ano pong food ang di pwede.kainin ng nagpapabreast feed? 6days old palang po si baby. Thank You!

    wala naman bawal. pero observe mo din if magrereact si baby like if kumain ng seafood, dairy or iba pang madalas nagtitrigger ng allergies.and eat in moderation.
