Puasa sambil menyusui

Assalamualaikum selamat pagi,mommy mommy cantik boleh bagi pengalaman ga yg puasa disambil menyusui ? Anakku 10 bulan lebih dan full asi. Bingung baiknya puasa atau engga. Sudah konsultasi ke dokter dan katanya boleh2 saja dicoba asalkan ga mengganggu kesehatan sidede. Barangkali ada yg sudah pernah berpuasa + menyusui,seperti apa kira2 hasilnya apakah anak kuat engga rewel apa gimana ? Terimakasih ❤️❤️
