Difficulty in tummy time

Mga mommies! I need help 🥺 hindi pa nabubuhat ni baby yung head nya and she's 3months na po. Everytime mg tummy time sya nkahiga lng sya sa bed.

iba iba ang milestone ng babies. you can do tummy time muna sa dibdib nio. maging comfortable muna sia sa pag angat ng ulo while sa dibdib or buhat sia during ahoulder hold or while sitting with assistance. one step at a time. 1st born ko, 3 months ay marunong na mag roll over without assistance. sa 2nd born ko, i started to assist her to roll over at 5 months na kung kelan i think stable na ang pag angat nia ng ulo nia during shoulder hold at sitting with support at nag aattempt sia to roll over kaso d nia kaya. hindi ko pinilit nung 3 months. know how to properly roll over si baby, baka mabalian at delicate pa ang baby. ilang seconds lang ang tummy time sa kama kasi nahirapan pa siang iangat ang ulo ng nakadapa. then assist ulit sia to roll pabalik para matutunan nia ang paghiga. i did tummy time every day with assistance to roll her over. eventually, marunong na siang mag roll over at comfortable na sia sa position. 6-7months- crawl on her own 8-9months- sit on her own 10-11months- walk on her own in the end, napantayan nia ang ate nia na maglakad ng solo before 1 year old.

Sleep routine in 2 month old

My 2mo old is not sleeping during night time. She wakes up at 12mid and never goes back to sleep. She sleeps during morning time. How can I adjust her sleeping routine?
