Two Years - And still nothing...

We've been trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years. Baka sa sobrang taba ko which is around 87kg and with irregular menstruation and PCOS and kidney transplanted pa yung husband ko since 2014 kaya nahihirapan kami. Ano kaya ang recommended exercise and food diet and vitamins na dapat ko itake?
