I just want to ask mommys if ilang buwan bago magkaron ng mens after delivery? Ako kase 5 months nagkaron. 3 days lang tapos hanggang ngayon hindi naulit. I tried PT. But negative naman. Nag BF po ako ng almost 4 months. Anyone with same experience po?
