Showering Newborn

Hi Mummies, can you please share detailed steps of sponging your newborn? I have a nanny coming but I also want to find out what is the best way.. do you apply shampoo/soap (have bought Mustela) directly or mix with water in the tub? If mixed, do I need 2 tubs, one mixed with shampoo/soap to sponge and one to rinse off? Thank you for sharing!

Hello mummies, I'm in my 37th, reaching 38th week in 2 days.. my left breast suddenly feels very sore and nipple feels very "bruised" to the touch.. strangely, the right breast feels perfectly fine Is milk coming? Or labor coming?

Hormones changes. Likely breast expanding / size of areola will be bigger. Milk is coming! Milky milk! You can start wearing nursing bra. Pretty comfy.
