Mababang Matres/Uterine Prolapse

Ano po ba ang sentomas nang mababang matres during pregnancy? I’m 19 weeks preggy and I feel slight pain sometimes sa may bladder banda. Or normal lang po ang ang ganito? This is my 1st pregnancy po kasi. Salamat po sa suggestions 😊

Safe ba ang Hilot?

Hi mga mommies, tanong ko lang if safe ba magpahilot during pregnancy. I’m 19 weeks pregnant and may nafefeel akong kirot minsan sa may pantug ko pag minsan gumalaw ako or bumabangon. Sabi ng iba baka daw mababa ang matres ko at need ipahilot. Any suggestions po. Thank you ❤️
