Sy nak tnya klau ikut gmbr sy ni, confirm ke mngdung ? Klau mengndung boleh tak mkn folic acid by hovid 5mg, blackmore pregnancy and breastfeeding advanced, susu ibu hamil ? Boleh tak amalkan tiga2 ni skali ?? Sy tak tau, ni 1st baby 😅

Hi awk. Makan folic acid pun dh ckup untk 1st trimester. Kalau awk p clinic mke akan provide folic acid untk awk, no need to take any supplements for 1st trimester. 2nd trimester boleh add untk supplement ibu preggy vit c calcium and so on☺️
