Little Baby kicks

Hi, currently I’m at week 18 ish. Have any of you experience the baby kicks yet? Sometimes out of the sudden, I will get some little kicks in the tummy, such a fascinating feel 🙂

Experiencing back aches

Hi there Mummies to be! I’m currently 10wks pregnant, so far so good 😊 Apart from the common morning sickness and tummy expansion, recently I’ve been experiencing slight back aches near the spine. Not sure is it the sleeping / sitting position.. any remedies for this? Thank you!

Try sleep on left side and sit up straight when eating or watching tv or working etc Avoid drinking too much cold drinks. Also will feel aches if you stand too long during first trim. Do rest well first trim. Avoid heavy workloads:) You can go for Pre natal massage. But it’s Recommended after 2nd trim (5 months onwards) If not wrong they have home services. Probably can check it out. :)
