Breastmilk

Hello first time mom here, ask ko lang po gaano katagal ang lifespan ng breastmilk na nilagay sa freezer, then kapag papadede na po ba ibabad sa maiinit na tubig bago ipadede? Or hahayaan lang sya maging normal yung temp ng gatas? Thankyou po.
