confused counting?

Hi to all mommies out here, paano ba talaga ang pag count ng months ni baby, this is my second baby and ngayon lang ako naconfused magbilang, . Last first day menstruation ko is march 26,2019.. and im sure na, nag start ako mag preggy since april 10, kasi nga nag cocontrol kami ng hubby ko, and april 9, nag do kami ng walang proteksyon, and so paano po ung pagcount? Iba kasi sabi sa center, iba din sabi dito sa app na to na pregnancy tracker.. kailan kaya due date ko nun?
