Help! itchy small red bumps sa arms and legs

Hi momsh! Help naman. Im on my 18th week. May nga butlig butlig ako na paramg rashes sa arms tsaka meron din konte sa mga binti. Ang kati kati sobra. Bukas pa check up ko. Na-experience nyo ba to? If yes, anong mga ginawa nyo para mawala?

13 weeks pregnant po. Wala pa nirerecommend si Doc sakin na mag gatas. Dapat na ba mag gatas as early as now? If yes, ano po recommended na di naman makakataas ng sugar ko. Thank you po.
