hi mga momshies ?

My 1st utz ko 17weeks and 1 day pa ung tummy ko non then ang edd ko daw is Sept. 4. Today, 39 weeks and 5 days na tummy ko kc un ang binigay sa akin ng 2nd utz ko nong July 31, bale edd ko is Aug.28. Bakit paiba iba ung edd ko? Tapos puro white mens pa rin lumalabas sa akin at d pa rin humihilab tiyan ko. Magalaw pa din c baby at ok nman ung result ng utz ko cephalic na sya. It's my first baby and we're excited to see her kc baby girl po sya. Sana normal delivery kasi mahirap daw magpa-heal ng sugat pag cs like my sister. Nakakatakot lang kc dahil I'm already 35 years old na.

1st baby at age of 35

36 weeks and 6 days na ang tiyan ko, hirap nang lumakad. Anong mas mabisang exercise para sana maging normal delivery? Excited na kami ng hubby ko makita ang baby girl namin..???
