Perut sentiasa rasa lapar. Kadang takut tak makan sbb takut effect baby, tapi kalu makan byk sgt nnt lain pulak jadinya

    Sentiasa sediakan biskut dgn puan. Sebaiknya biskut kering @ cream cracker la. Bila lapar, mkn je biskut. Dpt lapik perut yg lapar dan dlm masa yg sama kita dah elakkan risiko utk dpt diabetes dan hypertension waktu pregnant. Sy masa pregnant memang tin biskut ada dlm bilik. Kalau tgh mlm rasa lapar, sy mkn je biskut tu 2-3 keping, minum air kosong then tido
