gula laktosa sukrosa

Bunda2 mw tanya ada yg paham apa bedanya gula, laktosa dan sukrosa di sufor? Soalnya saya pernah liat nilai gizi sufor misal di sgm ananda 6-12 bulan ada keterangan total gula 13 g..sukrosa 0 g..dan keterangan laktosa tidak ada..yg 13 g ini apa gula tambahan atau gula dari susu sapi seperti laktosa?
