Sy last period 9hb 1.till now x period lgi. But bila check..just 1 line but i'm still takut nak mkn ubt once sakit apa2

wanita yg bru brkhwin normally akn dpt irregular period. mksdnya on off period sbb hormon bdn kita tgh nak stabil. kdg2 akn sbln x period, but next month 2x period dlm sebulan. then off period then on period balik. so jaga pemakann yg sihat, dont stress. stress yg tggi blh ganggu period jgk. in case xperiod jgk, blh check urine. do in morning, lepas bgn tdo. masa ni urine pekat utk detect prgnt or not.
