Post vaccination bump and pus after 4 weeks

Our baby just turned 1 month! However, we noticed that the area where she had her vaccination started blooming into a bump with pus, is this normal? Why does this happen? What should we do? When would this go away?

hi during the 1 month check with PD my daughter also have the samw issuse just bump no pus. PD says its normal unless pus is form you might want to call your PD and check
