    bidan kk ckp elakkan mkn/minum yg ada halia n kunyit masa berpantang nnti. ada org tua ni bg petua, bg mandi baby dgn daun peria (ada jual dkt pasar yg jenis kering). selain tu ibu yg bf minum susu kambing.
