duduk terlalu lama

Bund kalo duduk terlalu lama saat hamil 26 Minggu bahaya nggak yh . Terus ,bunda" punya masukan nggak apa gitu yang harus saya kerjakan agar nggak duduk aja di rumah .

Ya bwt aktifitas dong bun ngerjakan pekerjaan rumah gitu ,kan bnyak . Pokoknya hati2 aja ,kalo capek ya istrahat. Kalo cpke duduk ,ya ganti tidur...tidur capek ya jalan2 gitu .
