You can try 21st century prenatal/pregnancy. Can be found in shopee. Works well for me. Its vegan too.

If you have two child how you make them responsible in their life

Small steps like letting them be in charged of some parts of their daily lives. Assign some chores to them and let them be accountable for it. bringing their plates back to the sink, keeping their toys

Is it normal to feel very weak just 8 weeks pregnant? All of a sudden I feel that my arms and legs doesn’t have any strength and feeling very sore. Couldn’t bend down without feeling tightness at my calves area as well.

not really. tired yes but not weak. maybe you could do more walking to improve your stamina and muscle strength
